What to expect
Extracting gives you one new file holding the pages you chose. For several files at once, use Split PDF.
The pages keep their original order. To change it, follow up with Rearrange pages.
Numbering printed on a page travels with it, so an extracted page 34 still says 34.
Anything on the pages you left behind, including notes and highlights, stays behind with them. Your original file does not change.

Can I extract one page from PDF files for free?

Is my file uploaded?
No. The pages are shown and copied inside your browser, on your device. Your PDF is never sent to us or anyone else.
What is the difference between extracting and deleting pages?
They are two ways to say the same thing: here you pick the pages to keep, and with Delete pages you pick the ones to throw away. Use whichever is quicker for your file.
Does the original file change?
No. The pages you pick are copied into a new PDF and your original file is left exactly as it was.
Can I put the pages in a different order?
Not here: extracted pages keep the order they had in the file. Save them first, then use Rearrange pages to drag them where you want.
Will the pages look the same?
Yes. Pages are copied as they are, so text, images and fonts, including Arabic text, stay exactly the same.
Why can’t I open my password-protected PDF?
Protected files are encrypted, so their pages can’t be read or copied. Remove the password first, then open the file again.
